319.075. Citation of law. — Sections 319.075 to 319.090 may be cited and shall be known as the "Overhead Power Line Safety Act". (L. 1991 S.B. 214 & 264 § 1) (2005) Act does not affect or create an exception to an employer's immunity under the Worker's Compensation Act. Crow v.
