10-33-33. Classification of directors 1. Except as provided in subsection 2, directors may be divided into classes. 2. Directors of a corporation described in subsection 1 of section 10-33-122 may not vote by class except when the articles or bylaws provide that only one class of directors may vote on a particular matter.
