Mo. Rev. Stat. § 285.110
in effect285.110. Penalty for violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110. — Any employer found guilty of a violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110 shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars for each offense.
