(65 ILCS 5/11-31.1-13) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-31.1-13) Sec. 11-31.1-13. Adoption of Division by municipality. This Division may be adopted by a municipality by incorporating the provisions of this Division in an ordinance and passing and publishing the ordinance in the manner provided in Division 2 of Article 1 of this Act.
