1. The Commissioner may establish by regulation the fees that a licensee who provides check-cashing services may impose for cashing checks. 2. The Commissioner shall adopt: (a) Regulations to administer, carry out and enforce the provisions of NRS 604A.5983 , 604A.5985 and 604A.5987 . (b) Any other regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
