(225 ILCS 51/140) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 140. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department, and if the entity fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
