(225 ILCS 710/45.29) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 4282) Sec. 45.29. No raise shall be allowed to approach within 10 feet of any part of a winze, stope, or other opening in which there is dangerous accumulation of water, unless such winze or stope be first unwatered by bailing or pumping or by means of a bore from the raise.
