Additional Commissioners.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 219.025
in effect1. A Commissioner who served pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 219.020 , except for a Commissioner who served pursuant to paragraph (b) of that subsection, may continue to serve or resume the Commissioners service as a Commissioner if the Commissioner:
(a) Is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada;
(b) Is a resident of Nevada; and
(c) Notifies the Legislative Counsel of the Commissioners intention to serve as a Commissioner.
2. The Legislative Counsel shall notify the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws whenever a Commissioner is added pursuant to this section.
