(230 ILCS 5/3.04) (from Ch. 8, par. 37-3.04) Sec. 3.04. "Director of mutuels" means the individual representing the Board in the supervision and verification of the pari-mutuel wagering pool totals for each racing day, which verification shall be the basis for computing State privilege or pari-mutuel taxes, licensee commissions and purses.
