6-03-53. Borrowing and rediscounting - Report required Whenever a state banking association borrows money or rediscounts with recourse such association shall immediately make a full written report of the transaction to the commissioner upon the commissioner's request, which report must include a full description of all collateral security given or to be given by such association for the credit obtained.
