(55 ILCS 5/5-1054) (from Ch. 34, par. 5-1054) Sec. 5-1054. Contracts with Community Mental Health Board. A county board may enter into contractual agreements with any Community Mental Health Board having jurisdiction within the county. Such agreements shall be written and shall provide for the rendition of services by the Community Mental Health Board to the residents of the county. For this purpose, the county is authorized to expend its funds and any funds made available to it through the Federal State and Local Assistance Act of 1972. (Source: P.A. 86-962.)
