Miss. Code Ann. § 9-27-17
in effectThe director and members of the professional and administrative staff of the mental health court who perform duties in good faith under this chapter are immune from civil liability for:
Acts or omissions in providing services under this chapter; and
The reasonable exercise of discretion in determining eligibility to participate in the mental health court.
