750 ILCS 62/90
in effect(750 ILCS 62/90) Sec. 90. Penalty for unlawful disclosure of confidential information. Anyone who discloses, receives, makes use of, or knowingly permits the use of any confidential information in violation of this Act commits a Class A misdemeanor. (Source: P.A. 102-520, eff. 8-20-21.)
