The following provisions do not affect any act done, liability incurred or right accrued or vested or affect any civil or criminal proceeding pending or to be commenced to enforce any right or penalty or punish any offense under any provision of law repealed by section 19 of this act: (1) The reenactment of 53 Pa.C.S. § 5508.1(o).
