Election expenses; payment by county
N.J. Stat. § 40:37-174
in effectAll expenses incident to the election, properly certified by the county judge or if there are two or more county judges by all or a majority of them, of the county shall be paid by the county wherein the election is held in the same manner as other election expenses therein are paid.
