"Selection panel"

Sec. 13. As used in this chapter, "selection panel" means a panel of individuals who are: (1) employed by the department; and (2) tasked with interviewing and scoring the three (3) proposals with the highest scores selected by the evaluation committee for a possible contract with the department under this chapter.
