Encroachment defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 408.050
in effectEncroachment means any tower, pole, pole line, wire, pipe, pipeline, fence, billboard, approach road, driveway, stand or building, crop or crops, flora, discharge of any kind or character or any structure which is placed in, upon, under or over any portion of highway rights-of-way.
