§5–2202. IN EFFECT // EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029 PER CHAPTER 485 OF 2022 // (a) There is a Maryland New Start Microloan Program. (b) The purpose of the Program is to provide loans to covered individuals participating in eligible entrepreneurship development programs. (c) The Department, in consultation with the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs, shall administer the Program.
