Cal. Public Utilities Code - PUC § 13391. Section 13391.

A district may borrow money and incur indebtedness for the purchasing of electricity; provided, that the maximum principal amount of indebtedness outstanding under this article shall not at any one time exceed twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000).

Cal. Public Utilities Code - PUC § 13392. Section 13392.

All provisions of this chapter not inconsistent with this article and not by their terms made inapplicable thereto shall apply to all evidences of indebtedness issued under this article.
