11-16-01.1. Restitution collection and enforcement Except as provided in this section, the county and state offices performing restitution collection and enforcement activities as of April 1, 2001, shall continue to perform those activities. In counties in which a county office performs those activities, a county may transfer responsibility for the activities to another county office.
