Nev. Rev. Stat. § 617.065
in effectDisease related to asbestos means any disease caused by the inhalation of the fibers of asbestos, including but not limited to:
1. Interstitial pulmonary fibrosis;
2. Mesothelioma; and
3. Bronchogenic, laryngeal, lymphatic or gastrointestinal carcinoma.
