Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "employee" means an individual who works for an employer on a full-time or part-time basis, either paid or unpaid. The term includes: (1) an independent contractor; (2) a subcontractor; and (3) a student who works as a trainee or an intern. As added by P.L.1-2022, SEC.9.
