(70 ILCS 705/14.11) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 34.11) Sec. 14.11. All suits pending in any court on behalf of or against any district, when the district is consolidated into a consolidated district, may be prosecuted or defended in the name of the consolidated district. All judgments obtained for any district consolidated into a consolidated district shall be collected and enforced by the consolidated district for its benefit. (Source: Laws 1957, p. 626.)
