Mo. Rev. Stat. § 277.140
in effect277.140. Penalties. — Any person, or any officer, agent, representative or employee of such person, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and in addition thereto his or their license is subject to suspension or revocation by the state veterinarian.
