"Consent of the original manufacturer" defined
Ind. Code § 35-43-7-1
in effectSec. 1. As used in this chapter, "consent of the original manufacturer" includes consent:
(1) directly from the original manufacturer;
(2) from an appointed direct representative of the original manufacturer; or
(3) from a person operating under specific authorization of the original manufacturer.
