45-10.2-110. Secretary of state - Duties The secretary of state shall maintain an alphabetical index of all limited partnerships and foreign limited partnerships on file with that office. All records filed with the secretary of state under this chapter must be retained in that office until the records have been committed to microcopy, at which time the records may be destroyed.
