(a) The Division may establish licensing fees through regulation. (b) The fee amount established under subsection (a) of this section must approximate and reasonably reflect the costs necessary to defray the Division’s expenses. (c) The Division may collect fees established under subsection (a) of this section. (d) A fee collected under this chapter is appropriated to the Division to carry out this chapter’s purposes.
