(225 ILCS 109/140) Sec. 140. License surrender. Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license. (Source: P.A. 97-1098, eff. 7-1-13.)
