(210 ILCS 74/30) Sec. 30. Inspections. The Department shall inspect a physical fitness facility in response to a complaint filed with the Department alleging a violation of this Act. For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Act, the Department may inspect a physical fitness facility at other times in accordance with rules adopted by the Department.
