Sec. 10.5. Not later than December 31, 2021, the commission shall develop, adopt, and issue a policy listing the disallowable separation codes of each branch of the armed forces. The commission shall review the policy for amendment and adopt any necessary amendments before July 1 of each year. As added by P.L.53-2021, SEC.6.
