Md. Code, Labor and Employment § 7-307
in effectWhile a licensee is performing a farm labor contracting service in the State, the licensee shall:
(1) carry the license; and
(2) show the license:
(i) to each person with whom the licensee intends to deal as a farm labor contractor; and
(ii) on request, to an authorized employee or official of the State.
