Sales for scrap metal by owners of vehicles
Ind. Code § 9-22-5-12
in effectSec. 12. The person who:
(1) owns a vehicle described in this chapter; and
(2) sells the vehicle;
may retain the proceeds of the sale for the person's use and benefit.
