Failure to pay renewal fee
Ind. Code § 25-17.6-5-3
in effectSec. 3. If a person fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the person's:
(1) license shall be suspended; and
(2) name shall be deleted from the roster described in IC 25-17.6-3-10;
until the renewal fee is paid.
