(A) The owner must provide and maintain a written check list for the close down procedures which shall include at least the following: (1) equipment cleaning and inspection including corrective actions, if necessary; (2) completion of written records as required under this chapter; (3) the necessary daily maintenance of equipment, structures, and facilities. (B) Failure to complete each procedure outlined in this section constitutes a violation of this chapter.
