Applicability of chapter
Ind. Code § 13-25-2-1
in effectSec. 1. Except as provided in sections 6 and 7 of this chapter, this chapter does not apply to:
(1) the transportation; or
(2) storage incident to transportation;
of any substance or chemical subject to this chapter, including the transportation and distribution of natural gas.
