Proceeds and any in-kind goods or services received from all sales or leases or conveyances of any interest in Department of State Police communication towers received pursuant to §§ 2.2-1150.2 , 2.2-1151 , and 2.2-1156 , above the costs of the transaction, shall be deposited into a special account of the Department of State Police to be used to operate, acquire, construct, maintain, repair, or replace communication towers or sites. 2002, c. 477 ; 2008, cc. 676 , 690 ; 2010, c. 286 .
