In this chapter: (1) "Compact" means the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children executed under Section 162.002 . (2) "Compact commissioner" means the individual appointed under Section 162.004 . (3) "State Advisory Council" means the State Advisory Council on Educational Opportunity for Military Children established under Section 162.006 .
