(605 ILCS 5/6-201.6) (from Ch. 121, par. 6-201.6) Sec. 6-201.6. Direct the expenditure of all moneys collected in the district for road purposes, including those purposes allowed under Section 6-201.21 of this Code, and draw warrants on the district treasurer therefor, provided such warrants are countersigned by the district clerk.
