Sec. 12. Subject to the approval of the budget agency, the commission may expend the interest earned by the plumbers recovery fund for the following: (1) Publications that provide: (A) information concerning the commission's activities and administrative rulings; and (B) other educational information concerning the practice of plumbing. (2) Educational programs concerning the practice of plumbing in Indiana. As added by P.L.260-1987, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.20-1991, SEC.9.
