Condemnation costs
Ind. Code § 15-16-4-76
in effectSec. 76. Whenever a decree of condemnation is entered under section 75(a) of this chapter against a pesticide product:
(1) court costs;
(2) fees;
(3) storage costs; and
(4) other proper expenses;
shall be awarded against the person, if any, intervening as claimant of the pesticide product.
