(305 ILCS 5/3-3) (from Ch. 23, par. 3-3) Sec. 3-3. Examination as to blindness. For all purposes, the Illinois Department may accept determinations as to blindness performed under the auspices of the Federal Social Security Administration and properly certified to the Department.
