Fifty percent of the extended benefit payments based on benefit wage credits from a reimbursing employer shall be charged to the employer's account and reimbursed by the employer in the same manner as a regular benefit payment. Those payments may not be used in determining the replenishment ratio in Section 204.045 . Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
