in effectThe sum of $5,000,000 is transferred from the General Fund to the Crime Victim's Compensation Fund to be used until June 30, 2021, to implement the addition of 42 Pa.C.S. § 9730.3(a)(1) for counseling services provided after the effective date of this section. In fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2021, the General Assembly shall appropriate money to implement the addition of 42 Pa.C.S. § 9730.3(a)(1).
