Mo. Rev. Stat. § 105.830
in effect105.830. State employees already covered by workers' compensation not affected by sections 105.800 to 105.850. — Nothing in sections 105.800 to 105.850 shall affect any department or constitutional agency which is already under the provisions of chapter 287 , but every employee of each department and agency shall be covered by the provisions of chapter 287 .
