Sec. 24. (a) This section does not apply to a person acting as an exempted person. (b) A person that engages in the practice of funeral service without a license issued under this article commits a Class B infraction. (c) A person that operates a funeral home without a funeral home license issued under this article commits a Class B infraction. As added by P.L.246-1985, SEC.7.
