Ind. Code § 14-22-15-1
in effectSec. 1. An individual may not take another individual sport fishing for hire on:
(1) Indiana waters;
(2) waters containing state owned fish; or
(3) boundary waters of Indiana;
without a fishing guide's license issued by the director.
