in effect108.528. Violations, effect. — Failure by an issuer to report in accordance with the provisions of section 108.526 , or otherwise to abide by the terms of sections 108.500 to 108.532 , may, at the discretion of the director, result in the forfeiture of future allocations for private activity bonds.
