"Advisory board"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "advisory board" means a: (1) community corrections advisory board, if there is one in the county; or (2) forensic diversion program advisory board, if there is not a community corrections advisory board in the county. As added by P.L.85-2004, SEC.3.
