Sec. 36. The board shall send written notice to the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1 of the determination of the board in a disciplinary action against an engineer under IC 25-1-11. The board shall send the notice not later than three (3) business days after the date of the board's determination. As added by P.L.218-2014, SEC.18. Amended by P.L.187-2021, SEC.128.
