(320 ILCS 20/7) (from Ch. 23, par. 6607) Sec. 7. Review. All services provided to an eligible adult shall be reviewed by the provider agency on at least a quarterly basis for up to one year to determine whether the service care plan should be continued or modified, except that, upon review, the Department on Aging may grant a waiver to extend the service care plan for up to one additional year. Provider agencies shall demonstrate responsiveness and timeliness to eligible adult needs in the provision of services. (Source: P.A. 103-626, eff. 1-1-25.)
